State Street Apartments
In collaboration with Factory North, I had the pleasure of working on the branding for State Street apartments, nestled in the heart of historic North Rainer Valley, Seattle. Our vision for this project was to create a brand that embodied the spirit of the neighborhood – inviting, curious, artistic, and inclusive. We wanted it to resonate with the community’s communal vibe and layered history.
Drawing inspiration from the architectural modernity of the apartments, we set out to create a contrast that would be both elegant and intriguing.
